New Vermont Cookbook features Tonewood


An impressive, new cookbook; The Vermont Non-GMO Cookbook, has just been launched.  It contains 125 Organic and Farm-to-Fork recipes from our Green Mountain State.  Author, Tracey Medeiros, has written several other cookbooks; The Vermont Farm-to-Table Cookbook and Dishing Up Vermont.

What makes this cookbook unique and very special are profiles of local Vermont companies and farmers.   The recipes look amazing too.  Check out the Tonewood profile on page 106 and the Tonewood Twister recipe on page 290.
