Maple-Dijon Grilled Chicken Recipe
An easy recipe to give your chicken on the grill an interesting twist, made with goodies from the En Olivier store:
1lb. chicken breasts
1/4 cup Moutardes Fallot (Edmond Fallot) Green Peppercorn Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Tonewood Maple Cream
1/2 tsp Victoria Gourmet Red Pepper Flakes
Marinate the chicken in the maple cream, dijon mustard, red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken until it is cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Enjoy!! Don't forget the Maple Cream!
