Banana-Maple Yogurt


 


Mash half a ripe large banana; mix with 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt and 2 teaspoons maple syrup. Top with 1 tablespoon chopped, toasted walnuts; garnish with cinnamon. 
 
So simple.  So delicious!
