Coffee & Maple Cocktails....'tis the season!

This drink is the perfect way to enjoy coffee and maple during the evening hours.

Coffee Mapletini

Serves 4


1 cup brewed coffee or espresso, chilled

1 cup half & half

2 tablespoons maple syrup, plus extra for decorating the rims of the martini glasses

1 tablespoon vanilla-flavored vodka

1-1/2 cups ice

Maple Granules (can be used to decorate the rims of the martini glasses)


  1. Combine the brewed coffee, half & half, maple syrup and vanilla-flavored vodka in a large glass or martini shaker. Fill with ice, then shake or stir until the ingredients are well-combined.
  2. Moisten the rims of four martini glasses with maple syrup and dip in maple granules to lightly coat.
  3. Strain the liquid and pour into the prepared glasses.

Note: Brew the coffee or espresso one hour before serving and cool coffee to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator.
